Gabriel, “El Huracán”, and Melanie B. Rose, started tango in April 2008 and have thoroughly immersed themselves in this unique world that brought them together, performing, teaching and being active members of their tango communities.

Having studied with many masters and exploring Milonguero, Salon and Nuevo techniques, they developed a style of their own.  They began teaching in Montreal and participated in various festivals, such as “Le Festival de Tango de Toronto” and the “Festival International de Tango de Montreal”.  In recent years, they have been traveling across the US, distinguishing themselves in several cities such as Portland, New York and Boston.

They are recognized for accurate explanations in their teachings and the ability to adapt to all types of learning styles.  While keeping an enjoyable learning atmosphere, they always take into consideration the rules of conduct and navigation in order to facilitate the transition from the class to the dance floor.
