Argentine Tango is the dance of romance, love, and intimacy. For Valentine’s Day, come discover tango in ADF’s Studios with this introductory workshop. After a short partnering warm-up, we will explore tango principles such as the embrace, leading and following, dissociation and walk. We will learn different variations of the walk in order to start improvising and enjoying our “own” tango in dialogue with our partner. At the end of the class, we will take time to practice and help with individual questions and corrections. Couples and singles are welcome!
